- “Relp…It’s The Green Ghost” suggests a classic action moment
when all five main characters run in panic from the onset of the
phantom green ghost.
- Artist Vince Musacchia drew the characters, while the background
was painted by Hector Martinez.
- The Green Ghost image is taken from “ A Night of Fright is No
Delight,” produced on June 10, 1970, where Scooby is set to
inherit a fortune from a man whose life Scooby saved.
- In its original appearance, The Green Ghost was never actually
called the “The Green Ghost,” but instead called “The Phantom,”
despite its green-blue shading.
- This is the first Scooby-Doo sericel with a fully rendered
background. The background is a fine art giclee print capturingthe vivid color palette of the series.
